The Lumera service at app.lumeralearning.com is a private system available only to authorized users under separate written agreements — service agreements with school districts and Lumera's internal policies for its personnel. Nothing in these Terms grants access to that service, and use of that service is governed by those agreements, not by this page.
2. The Site is informational
The content on this Site is provided for general information about our practice. It is not clinical, medical, or therapeutic advice, and reading it does not create a therapist-client relationship. Nothing on this Site is an offer to provide services; Lumera provides services only under written agreements with school districts and other organizations.
3. Acceptable use
Use the Site lawfully and as a normal visitor would. You agree not to: interfere with or disrupt the Site or its infrastructure; attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system connected to the Site; scrape or harvest data from the Site by automated means at a scale that burdens it; misrepresent your identity or affiliation when contacting us; or submit another person's personal information without authority to do so. Do not submit student names or details about specific students through the contact form.
4. Intellectual property
The Site's content — text, graphics, logos, and design — is owned by Lumera Learning LLC or used with permission, and is protected by copyright and trademark law. "Lumera Learning" and our logo are marks of Lumera Learning LLC. You may view and share the Site's content for personal, noncommercial purposes; any other use, including use of our marks, requires our prior written permission.
